In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If you are ordering more than one item, the order may be split, and goods may be sent in instalments. This depends on stock allocation and availability– again we will contact you regarding any split deliveries.

Orders are shipped via An Post and GLS. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. The delivery period advised when you receive your order is approximate.

If you order products from our Website for international delivery, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Dance World are happy to refund any items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not offer exchanges on online orders. The refund amount due will be credited back to the original payment method.
We offer FREE returns via An Post *ROI only*
Returns must be in original condition with labelling and packaging intact. Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to decline to accept it and may send it back to you.
In the interest of hygiene, once opened; tights, socks, facemasks, and underwear are not returnable unless faulty. Hygiene items will arrive to you with a security seal sticker on the pack. Once this is broken the item cannot be returned.
We advise you to keep a proof of postage receipt for all orders that you return to us. You will be held liable for lost packages if you do not have proof of postage. You are liable for any damage that occurs to returns whilst in transit from you to our store.
We accept all major credit and debit cards however we do not accept American Express.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
