Returns Policy

Dance World are happy to refund any items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

We offer FREE returns via An Post *Republic of Ireland only*

Returns must be in original condition with labelling and packaging intact. Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to decline to accept it and may send it back to you.

In the interest of hygiene, once opened; tights, socks, facemasks, and underwear are not returnable unless faulty. Hygiene items will arrive to you with a security seal sticker on the pack. Once this is broken the tights cannot be returned.

We offer FREE returns via An Post. (*Republic of Ireland only*) Simply follow the steps below to return unwanted items.  Items bought on can only be returned for refund. We do not offer exchanges.

1. Fill out the return form which was shipped within your order. Remember to enclose this form within your returning parcel to enable us to process your return without delay.

2. Click on  An Post return link to start the refund process.

3. To avoid delay we recommend using the drop-off option at your local post office rather than collection.

4. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. Returns can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive back to us.

We will send you and email as soon as we have completed your return. All refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Refunds take 3-5 business days to be processed.

We do not offer exchanges online. Please return your order via FREE returns for refund and place a new order for your desired item.

However, if you can visit one of our branch’s items purchased on can also be accepted in either of our stores for exchange with proof of purchase.

Sometimes manufacturers make mistakes and there are faults in clothing. If you believe something you have purchased is faulty please tell us as soon as possible.

Email our team at with order details and images of the fault.

We do require the item to be returned to us for inspection. If we determine a genuine fault, the item will be replaced or refunded. You can return the item for free via An Post return link.
