When you place an order we strongly suggest that you select a delivery address where there will be someone who can sign for the package, as An Post couriers can only deliver between 9 am and 5 pm and require a signature on receipt.
We understand that delivering your order, at a time that is convenient for you is important. If something goes wrong, as they sometimes will, then fixing it quickly becomes our priority. A dedicated customer service team is located at our head office in Dublin to handle any problems that you may experience with delivery when using our site or to take orders over the phone. Once you place an order we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. For all goods in stock, shipments for orders in Ireland and Northern Ireland will take 3-5 business days to reach you. Shipments take 5-10 business days for orders in Europe and are sent via An Post registered Air-mail from Ireland.
Due to the high number of deliveries at Christmas time, An Post occasionally experiences delays. Please anticipate a potential additional waiting time for your parcel to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We know, it’s hard to be patient when you have killer dance gear on its way to you! Your order could be in a couple of places: in our order centre awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered. The first thing to check is: have you received a dispatch notification? If you haven't got a dispatch notification yet (don't forget to check your junk folders) then your order hasn’t left us yet. If yes, then it has left us and is on its way to you. You can track your order at the An Post website, you can call us to get the tracking number.
Your order might be coming in more than one shipment. If you have only partially received your order, please let us know straight away by emailing us at email@example.com.
When you contact us please make sure to include the following information so that we can resolve the issue as fast as possible:
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code (of the missing item). The product name/code can be found in your order confirmation email.
* Please note that the maximum weight limit for European destinations is 20kg. For destinations outside of Europe the weight limit is 2.5kg. Should orders exceed these limits a member of the customer services team will contact you to discuss your options.
