Click And Collect


Click & Collect will be available at Dance World Ranelagh from 10.00am-5pm Monday to Saturday. Any orders due to be collected from Dance World Parnell will be contacted to arrange alternative collection or shipping.  

Click & Collect is currently not available from Dance World Parnell Street. 


Please do not click & collect if you or a family member have displayed symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.


Click & Collect lets you make an order online and then collect it from either Dance World Ranelagh or Parnell Street.

How do I place a Click & Collect order? 

  • Shop online as usual. 

  • At checkout, you can select "collect in store" as a delivery method and will be shown a list of stores available to you. 

  • To find your local store please check our store locator. 

  • Simply select your chosen store and you will be given an estimated time when you will be able to collect your order. 

  • Once you have completed your purchase online, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

  • You will receive another email once your order is ready to collect in store


When can I collect my click and collect order?

Most orders will be available to collect in store anytime from the same day to 3 working days from placing your order. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is ready to collect in store. Please do not travel to store until you receive the 'Your order is ready for collection' email.

Once confirmation is sent, you have ten days to collect your order in store. Please contact if you need any longer to collect. A refund will be issued for any orders not collected after 14 days. 

Occasionally, an item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens you will be notified of any delays via phone or email within 24 hours.  Please note our stores do not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays.


What to bring when you come to collect?

When you come to pick up your order, please bring:
- The order confirmation email – as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.
- A bank card or some photo ID. 


Can someone else collect the order on my behalf? 

Yes, they can. Please email to notify us. They will need to bring:
- The order confirmation email – as a print-out or on your phone, tablet or laptop.
- Their bank card or photo ID.


I have lost my confirmation email- What can I do? 

Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.

Otherwise, if you were logged into your account at the time of purchase, you will be able to find the order number in your order history.

How can I return my click and collect order? 

You can exchange click and collect orders in-store with proof of purchase. 

Online refunds can be accepted in-store by our team however the refund will not be processed at the till. The refund will be forwarded to our online administrator for processing. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
